Navisraj is one of the Research Integrity Team leaders within Elsevier’s Research Integrity and Publishing Ethics Centre of Expertise. He leads a team of research integrity screeners who identify and address ethical concerns during the submission process and before acceptance. He has extensive experience in various roles, including Elsevier conferences and leading journal editorial offices. Previously, he was a researcher at the Karolinska Institute before moving into academic publishing.

Dr. Mouboni Dutta
Research Integrity Auditor Elsevier
Dr. Mouboni Dutta is a Research Integrity Auditor within Elsevier’s Research Integrity and Publishing Ethics Centre of Expertise. In her current role, she leads large-scale audits which involves publishing ethics investigations across journals, coordinating with stakeholders, and upholding ethical standards across scholarly publishing.

Dr. Kruti Trivedi
Scientist D (LS), INFLIBNET Centre (An IUC of UGC)
Dr. Kruti Trivedi is Scientist–D (LS) at the INFLIBNET Centre, where she leads the bibliometrics team and plays a key role in the Government of India’s One Nation One Subscription (ONOS) program, as well as the eShodh Sindhu Consortium and NIRF. Her expertise includes bibliometrics, research assessment, e-resource management, and open research. She has authored over 20 research publications and is an active member of the LIS Bibliometric Committee, serving as its International Relations Officer.
