About
Most institutions have worked to modernize faculty hiring. Fewer have applied that same thinking to the rest of the academic workforce. Recruitment for postdoctoral scholars, researcher associates/scientists, and student employees are often managed through separate systems, manual workflows, and inconsistent practices that create unnecessary administrative burden.

Facing these same challenges, Case Western Reserve University rethought its approach to academic recruitment: they standardized hiring workflows across multiple employee types while improving governance, streamlined approvals, and created a more consistent hiring experience across campus. In this webinar, they'll share the cross-campus collaboration that made the initiative successful, lessons learned during implementation, and how they're continuing to expand their approach.

Looking to simplify existing hiring processes or create a more scalable recruitment model? Join this webinar and leave with practical strategies you can adapt on your campus, including how to:

  • Identify where fragmented hiring processes create unnecessary complexity.
  • Build stakeholder alignment around a shared recruitment strategy.
  • Create more consistent, transparent hiring workflows that can scale across multiple academic roles.
