About
The triple helix of universities, business and governments is important in the 21st century. Companies around the world increasingly look to collaborate with academics to improve their innovation pipelines, while academics increasingly value the inspiration that collaboration with industry can bring, far more than just their funding. Collaboration can bring the competitive edge and build a strong win/win for all partners. In this session we will explore the value and impact of these types of collaboration from the view point of a university research leader, an industrial sponsor of collaborative research and a funder.

In this final webinar of this Impact series, we will explore the wider considerations across the triple helix of innovation through these perspectives The webinar will explore the challenges we face when looking to achieve or address complex challenges and how broader, holistic and inclusive evaluation systems and frameworks are required to value these collaborations and sustain them. We will share lessons learnt, data used to evidence success and future thoughts.
