About
Hydrogen is seen by many as a potential option when it comes to reducing the use of hydrocarbons as a viable fuel source. While hydrogen is a promising alternative, there are unique challenges and hazards associated with its use. Hydrogen can be explosive and presents specific material compatibility concerns. This seminar will explore the future of hydrogen, with a focus on process safety. Industrial examples including blending hydrogen with other fuels will be examined to help answer the question: what are the hazards of using hydrogen as an energy source and how can we overcome these challenges to help achieve goals such as net zero?

During this webinar, you will learn:
• Common hazards associated with hydrogen
• Common safeguards and how to apply them
• How these factors impact process safety
