Dr. Elsaid M. M. Zahran is an esteemed expert in civil and geospatial engineering with a strong academic and research background. He earned his PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham, UK in 2010. He is a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Engineering Council in the UK, and a chartered engineer with the Syndicate of Engineers in Egypt. Dr. Zahran has made significant contributions to the academic community as a reviewer for esteemed international journals such as Construction and Building Materials, published by Elsevier.
