About
Given the importance of accessible collections to university & college communities, this webinar offers a practical look into how Elsevier supports product accessibility on an ongoing basis.

Beginning with a high-level perspective of Elsevier’s responsibility to provide accessible products, a deeper dive will explore how Elsevier product teams respond to, and support, known accessibility needs to ultimately provide a heightened & accessible user experience on a variety of solutions such as ScienceDirect, SciVal, and others. This session will conclude by sharing practical tips on how libraries & librarians can work with vendors regarding accessibility-related issues, whether requesting items in alternate formats, sharing user feedback with vendors, as well as opportunities to get involved.
