Charity joined Elsevier in 2017 as a Research Intelligence Customer Consultant covering the Eastern United States to advise in research management and analysis tools. Before coming to Elsevier, she was a chemist with Sigma-Aldrich and then became the lead in business development for their Stable Isotope division.
