Chris James
Senior Product Manager, SciVal
Chris is Senior Product Manager for SciVal, part of the team responsible for the design and development of new features to help their global customer base meet their research strategy challenges. He was responsible for the launch of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs) in SciVal and is currently working with his customers to deliver new data and metrics, to help provide evidence of societal impact.

Peter Darroch, PhD
Director, Portfolio Marketing Leader
Peter Darroch is portfolio marketing director for SciVal and Research Intelligence and is an expert in the practical use of research metrics to provide complementary insights into the research performance of countries, universities, researchers, journals, or individual research outputs.
Prior to joining Elsevier, Peter conducted Postdoctoral research in both the United States and the United Kingdom and held several positions over a 5-year period in the healthcare industry. He holds a first degree from the University of St. Andrews where he was awarded the Physiological Society Undergraduate prize and a PhD from the University of Strathclyde.

Tina Zdawczyk
Research Analyst, Analytical and Data Services
Tina Zdawczyk is a research analyst for Elsevier Research Intelligence, leading and supporting research and evaluation projects for policymakers, funders (government and private organizations), and academic and corporate research institutions around the world. Prior to joining Elsevier, she held positions as a senior research analyst at ICF International and as a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow at the Smithsonian Institution. She is a PhD Candidate in Educational Psychology at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and holds an MA in educational psychology with an emphasis on gender in STEM education.

Kyle Demes, PhD
Customer Consultant for Research Intelligence, Canada
Kyle’s academic background is in marine ecology, but he has also held senior roles in research administration and development at University of British Columbia and Simon Fraser University.
He is now the Research Intelligence Consultant for Elsevier in Canada, supporting Scopus and SciVal users across the country.

Customer Consultant for Research Intelligence, Government Accounts
Eric Livingston is a Consultant with Elsevier’s Research Intelligence group.
He helps Federal Government agencies to use and integrate Elsevier data and products in their own systems and workflows.
