Nicholas is the Customer Success Team Manager for the South Asia & South-East Asia regions where he leads high-performing teams of CSMs to develop and foster community engagement within the Academic & Government communities. He is an Elsevier STMJ Accredited Author Workshop presenter and a Level 3 certified Mendeley trainer, and has conducted over 800 workshops across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and Brunei. Nicholas strongly believes in adopting a consultative, collaborative and empathetic approach to drive customer success and to go above and beyond in delighting the customer
