Harish. Kolla is Senior Manager in the Faculty and Research department at the Indian School of Business (ISB), where he has been a part of the team for over two and a half years. He manages the school’s resident faculty data reporting function, serving the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
Harish played a key role in the successful implementation of Interfolio’s Faculty Search module at ISB and currently manages both the Faculty Search and Lifecycle Management modules. He also co-led the implementation of the Review, Promotion & Tenure (RPT) module, contributing to the digital transformation of faculty processes at the school.
