Jakob Feldtfos Christensen is the director of DIVERSIunity, a Denmark-based consultancy focused on diversity and internationalisation in research. With over a decade of experience at Aarhus University and DEFACTUM, he was among the first cohort certified by EARMA in research management. Since founding DIVERSIunity in 2020, Jakob has delivered training and consultancy across Europe and supported EU-funded projects. He also co-hosts The Diversity in Research Podcast. His upcoming book, Diversity Leadership for Research Managers: A Practical Guide, will be published by Emerald in 2026.
