Norida Abu Bakar is a Senior Librarian at the Universiti Malaya (UM) Library since 2008 and appointed to lead the Technology Management Section starting from 2017 until now. Norida holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Library and Information Science. With over 15 years of experience in library management, customer service, and information technology, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing library services and information management.
Throughout her career, Norida has played a key role in the digital transformation of UM's library systems, successfully leading the shift from traditional library services to a comprehensive online platform.
