Brice Hoffmann is a computational chemist and Principal Scientist at Iktos, where he leads the Computational Chemistry team, driving innovative drug discovery efforts since 2017. With extensive experience in structure-based drug discovery, he specializes in integrating advanced computational methods to accelerate therapeutic development.
Brice holds a degree in biology from Université Évry Paris-Saclay and earned a PhD in Structural Bioinformatics and Machine Learning from Mines Paris – PSL. Following his PhD, he spent five years contributing to cystic fibrosis research at Université Pierre et Marie Curie, focusing on membrane protein modeling, molecular dynamics simulations, molecular design, virtual screening, and lead optimization.
He is passionate about harnessing computational advances to transform drug discovery and improve patient outcomes.
